WestFour Audio specialize in post production audio for film and television. We also offer a mobile recording facility for musicians and bands as well as mixing and re-mixing demo's to a professional standard.

 

Richard Chesebrough - Dubbing Mixer/Sound Designer

Richard has been working in audio in one way or another for the last 10 years, either as a live venue sound engineer, a theatre sound engineer, a music studio engineer, a tour manager or a musician.

He has dedicated his attention to designing and mixing audio for film and television over the last few years. He has worked alongside some excellent dubbing mixers while working at Evolutions TV and more recently The London Studios at ITV and gained valuable experience.


Richard has worked on numerous short film and feature film projects with independent writers/directors including Maximilian Von Vier , Gareth Jones at Scenario Films and Joseph Baker & Tom Large at Big View Media. 

He completed the entire audio post production for the feature films 'Millbrook', 'Flytrap' and 'Wounded' for Big View Media. Wounded recently won a 'Best Feature Film' award at the Marbella International Film Festival and also the London Independent Film Festival. You can view the trailer on the Showreel page. 

He is currently  in pre-production for a feature filma for Big View Media called 'Unidentified'

Richard is Pro Tools trained up to 210M and 210P level. He is able to use Digidesigns Icon, ProControl, D-Command and Command 8. And is also very happy to mix in the box without a control surface.

As a recording engineer he has experience in music, film and VO. As a mixing engineer, music and 5.1 for film. He is also able to help with sound design, foley and spot effects for post production needs.
